Need To Help A Friend with her apps in college

my friend wants to go to a UC but her avg gpa is 2.6

the things is that the minimum UC eligibility is 3.00 right?

so does that mean she cant go to any UC's?

I think she can still apply... but her chances are not as slim.

At this point, her chances are almost zero. But she can go to a community/junior/2 year college, graduate with an Associate's Degree, and apply to a four-year college (i.e. a UC) as an upperclass student. If she does well at community college, she can get into one of the top UCs.
