Can You Have 2itunes In 1 Comp?

yeah, i just wanted to know if i can have 2 itunes in 1 comp
cause i got a ipod recently
but my sister has one too nd we share comps.
nd i cant use her itune cause she got doesnt have the songs saved on the comp.
