I learned to get a bit better when I was on the plane, I made myself sit up veryyy straight

that plane was like 18 hours or something, so yeah. Just make it a habit of not slouching

Yeah, what she said. Just make yourself sit straight more and eventually you'll get used to it. happy.gif

you just have to remind yourself over and over to not slouch. There's no gadget that can help you but yourself.

Your ears, shoulder and hips should be in one line at all times. Just keep reminding yourself~!

I think almost everyone slouches, but there are thsoe who slouch way more than others (and I noticed that most of them have long torsos..) but anyways, one of my friend who has a long torso and slouched awy more than others always sat so her butt touches the edge of all seats. She looked stiff and robotic, but it made her slouch less and now she's not as slouchy.

i always wonder how people were able to put that backpacks up so high... it always hurt my arms and felt uncomfortable... and then i realized it helped me stand up straighter... if you stand up straight, you're arms shouldn't hurt. yeup tongue.gif hehe

Oh man...I used to slouch all the time when I was little and my aunt would yell at me. "YOU'RE A GIRL! SIT LIKE ONE!" rolleyes.gif I don't slouch anymore, but I think it just changed naturally.

You just need to continously tell yourself to sit up straight. There's no like collar you can wear around your neck that'll shock you everytime you slouch. tongue.gif
Life is friggin' fantastic.

i still slouch =( if u have big boobs u tend to slouch whcih is why i'd rather have smaller boobs... thats why even when i try to sit up straight for a long period of time my back hurts so much it gets tiring... i think there are certain things u can wear to improve posture but they can be costly.. i want one but i dont know where to get one from sleep.gif

i notice tall guys slouch a lot.. maybe cuz thye're so tall and everyone else around them is short? i dunno

when you sit, put your butt on the edge of the seat and straighten your back and sit that way. thats how you stop slouching.

there's actually this thing i saw back when i was in china
it was this thing to help you not slouch
you have to put it around your waist and arms
and have it on for 2hrs a day
and after a few months, you just sit up straight naturally

but it cost a LOT, which is exactly why i didn't get it
(i have slouching problems too...^^;;;)
