Omg~ How The Hell Do You Stop The Background music from ads?

it's not my music or anything.. it's just that all of a sudden.. like a pop-up sometimes have someone talking making an advertisement.. you just x that out.. but this one, there isn't apage for you to x out.. ARRRRRRRG!

If you're talking about those ads that pop up onto an existing webpage, try using a pop-up blocker. But if you're talking about one of those ads that open up a new internet browser window with "Congratulations! Blah blah I'm a stupid ad" narration, you can right click the window and click close.

^yeah.... that's pretty obvious..pop-up.. x' it out x____X;;

so what would you suggest as a pop-up blocker? cause i've downlaoded a several but they don't really work that well~~

How about... firefox with adblock plugin? After that, right click it and block the server =P

Popup blocker wouldn't work for ads in the site.
There are ads with sounds and loads as an image or flash on the site.

popup blocker just blocks any pop ups (new window with ads)

Thats why you use the adblock plugin for firefox. You can block the servers.

Or you can be ambitious and edit...
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc HOSTS file.

Open the HOSTS file in notepad...
add a line like

127.0.1 www.google.com to prevent google from ever opening (do it for the ad server not google..
