Please Help!~ No Sound! audio device probs

I played with my sis laptop and kinda uninstalled something
which I think uninstalled the audio device along.

Now, my sis' laptop doesn't produce any sound.
She gonna kill me if this remains like that

I searched the net for audio devices but it didn't help.
I tried 'audio devices, audio output devices, audio playback...etc'

Can anybody help me? PLEASE..

See if you can figure out what sound chips the laptop has. Then google for it and try to update the drivers that you removed for it.

I did what you asked but there isn't any exclaimation mark anywhere.
If I view the 'Sound and Audio Devices' at the control panel,
At the Volume section, it's written 'No Audio Device',
what am I suppose to do? I tried searching for audio devices on the net but how am I to know that which is compatible with the laptop?

My sis's laptop brand is Asus
