Stuff Plug next generation!

im sure one of you wonderful ppl know of it, heard of it, or even have it!!

can anyone help me with it? =D i have Windows LIVE messenger, i dled msn PLUS, and now i want to install SPNG i've tried two ways:
1) i've tried installing w/out the requirments
2) i've tried w/ the requirments
---you have a choice weither or not you install w/ or w/out----

and when i did:
1) everything finished installing properly, but nothing would change, everything would still be the same, and i wouldn't require a reboot
2) i would get caught towards the end, when a part of the pluggin would have 'preformed an illegal act' so i have to close or ignore it.. so far i've only chosen to close it.. b/c its illegal T^T; xD after that, it finishes installation [@_@;for the wind?!] but it doesn't tell me too reboot etc...

anyone know whats wrong... do i have to agree to the 'illegal act' or should i dl a diff version of it?
