i strive for about four hours a night~ or at least three sleep cycles...

5-6 hours, depending on the day. 8 on Tuesdays, cause school starts late on Wednesdays. tongue.gif

7-7.5 always...if I get any less I can't concentrate in class...so even if I have a huge test to study for, I'll put sleep before my studying.

cool i'm the only 10+ so far! haha. ok last semester it wasn't like this it was avg 4-5 hrs... this sem.. my body didn't like it anymore, if i don't get at least 10 hrs i'm like totally dead

Usually 7-8 hours. On some days I could sleep up to 12 hours but I choose not to. tongue.gif

luckily my classes start at 10 or 11, so even if i got to bed at 2, i can still get in 7ish hours of sleep.

It really depends on the day but since I usually sleep for 6 to 8 hours, I voted for 7-8 hours.
