i am sure no one was surprised that the colts were gonna win it when broncos gave indy about 1:40 min left in the game. i heard about the chad johnson bet, was it if he didnt get 2 tds? or if he didn't get 2 tds over hall? i know he already lost...just wondering.

hahah yea i just finally found out:
"Johnson made a bet with Falcons cornerback DeAngelo Hall heading into their matchup last Sunday at Paul Brown Stadium. If the Falcons lost, Hall would have to work at an Atlanta restaurant owned by Bengals tackle Willie Anderson."

damn i think deangelo hall was screwed on the circumstances of the bet. what was he thinking.

bush can no longer be considered a candidate for roty if he continues to play like this..
10 rush attempts for -5 yards..2 punt returns for 20 yards..and 12 recevign yards? but..espn would say that all in all..ITS 37 ALL PURPOSE YARDS! only 70 less all purpose yards than his debut!..i seriously think he's having one of the worst careers statistically a rb could have right now..

and even two weeks ago..he really did prove that he could be a triple threat..
not punting, receving, and rushing......but throwing an int, fumbling, AND getting injured laugh.gif

but the falcons.... crazy.gif total team implosion...

^ LOL what happened? Losing to the lions is pretty pathetic. How come your boy Hall just let Roy Williams run on by with that TD? Hall just gave up on that play. But then that was overshadowed by the AMAZING BEST DEFENSE, BEST TEAM in the NFL.....the BEARS! LMAO! They freakin' lost to JOEY "PIANO MAN" Harrington and the lowly dolphins!!! hahahha My Broncs losing to the Colts is acceptable but....man losing to one of the sorriest teams? haha Not acceptable at all. Rex Grossman once again became the "REAL" Rex Grossman lol. My Broncs put an end to the Steelers season. Javon Walker, what a PIMP! The "Overhyped" Pats who basically "everyone" in the media picked to beat the Colts were Dead wrong lol. C'mon is Brady really gonna beat them without any stud WR's? NOPE! Besides they didn't run enough on the Colts. Anyway the refs cheated for the Pats in the first half too with that bogus 1st down that Brady supposedly got lol. So far at the midpoint of the season, the AFC WEST is clearly the Best division in the NFL. cool.gif

wow..atl runs a zone defense for our secondary..and hall is a man to man kinda guy..where his speed comes into use..and webster/j.will is more of a jam the receiver at front kinda players, which leads the everyone thinking hall is gettin overrated...and webster has to play his men with a 5-10 yard cushion and is running around and playing with a foot fracture becuase no other cb can step it up to take the starting job away from him..and webster doesn' teven get safety help..crocker blows assignments left and right and showed this week that he can't make open field tackles either..i wish we had a browns fan on here so they can tell me how bad crocker must've been for them to let him go for a fourth rounder....and all this time we thought we had a steal..falcons have to start thinking about a good safety in the first round again..2005 deja vu..but whast the use..it'll take year sfo rhim to develop into what we need..even j.will, the first rounder can't even learn to play his zone correctly and is like the 4-5 string cb...

let up a touchdown on his first career nfl play biggrin.gif

wow
this is unacceptable
falcons suck hard right now.
vick should NOT be getting 40 pass attempts, especially with two first round busts and an overhyped third stringer from denver..
we have no running game anymore..our new ol players help make the passing game from atrocious to horrible, but makes out running game go from pretty good-average to nonexistent. our coaching sucks so much ass its unbelievable. im not even gonna go into this...it was just horrible...we got hit with the injury bug..AGAIN..arghhhhhhhhhhh we had like 11 players on the damn injury report!!! and why do we play our damn 3rd and 4th stringer as our starters?!! i know that hall and webster were injured..but goddamn, play our damn first round pick!!!! or is he a bust too???? coming from our stupid@$$ coaching staff, who knows?!
the team is not consistent at all, it has no heart except for a couple players on the defensive side who have a burning fire to win..and some of them aren't even vets! wow..i am utterly disgusted..losing to the lions and browns..just plain horrible.

i think im going to go be a colts fan now ph34r.gif

What a Chargers gutsy comeback victory in Cincy today. After being staked with a 28-7 deficit and Palmer and CJ single-handedly shredding the secondary, I had practically chaulked this one up to a bitter road loss by halftime.
Not since I was a pre-teen during the Fouts/Air Coryell days have I witnessed such a second half comeback. 42 points in just the second half alone? Astounding. LT has to be in the early running at this point in the season for NFL MVP with his third 3 TD scoring game in a row (4 actually, today). With 18 total TDs (16 rush, 2 receiving - and not including his 1 TD pass), he's on track to challenge Shaun Alexander's single season scoring record.

^ Yeah that was quite a game. I had Palmer as my fantasy QB and "Fast" Willie Parker to counter my opponent who had LT. LOL Falcons and Jags lost again. Damn Crows should've lost too. Big game next week Chargers vs Broncos! SNF Flex schedule is sweet unlike lame MNF.

^ Yeah, that's great that you had Carson Palmer for your fantasy league. I too, had Carson Palmer in one of the leagues I play in, but being the devout Charger fan that I am - I couldn't in good conscience start Palmer and somehow reconcile rooting for him too. No way I could've predicted Carson going off the way he did against the Chargers, especially in light of how underachieving he's seemingly been this year until this game. Shoot, if I had a crystal ball that predicted that Carson would perform the way he did and the Chargers still get the win, I would've gladly started him. tongue.gif

I started to get into football a couple years ago after going to my college football game

The Bears seem to put on a show every game they play!

I may be a newb for saying this, but who else thinks DA Bears are going all the way? laugh.gif

NEWBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB hahaha jk jk its all good..football is awesome
the bears are definitely good this year..i think the defense and other factors have really shadowed the true grossman though...props to their oline..when he's under pressure, grossman is bound to make bad decisions/throw ints..thomas jones (?)(first rounder right?) is also balancing their offense out..d is just stud..but..it hink they have really gottne exposed and shown that they are actually very beatable..even if they are 8-1..definite in contention for the superbowl on paper..but you never know..grossman can be the x factor..or how well the other team shuts the bears down.

McNabb out for the season with a torn right ACL.....Brees throws for 510 yds and still loses?! Those 3 INTs sure proved costly....Chad follows up last week's 2 TD catch game with 3 more against the Saints....As if the Raiders weren't already left for dead, they lose RB Lamont Jordan for the season and Robert Gallery for some time....Indy loses their first on the heels of a subpar Manning performance....the Niners...the Niners!...are only one game out of first in the NFC west as Gore runs wild on the Seahawks for 212 ....Carolina, too, finds themselves suddenly tied for first in the NFC south..... and the Chargers make a statement @ Invesco for once and wrestle sole possession of first in the AFC west....and what about LT: 4 more TDs in another game to give him 19 rushing/3 receiving for a combined total of 22 TDs for the year. Fastest to 100 in a career (done in 89 games) and Shaun Alexander's 28 TD scoring season record in sight with 6 more games to go.....!!!

*sigh* Such is life in the NFL. And how was your week? sweatingbullets.gif

bet atlanta is kicking themselves for trading away LT for Vick. LT not only has more TD's, he also has a higher QB rating than Vick. tongue.gif
