lol

i wonder who is more inaccurate, mcnabb or the shoe tosser.

Maybe the shoe tosser?
At least he got both his passes off before actually getting sacked.
Hell, maybe it's a toss up.

I thought they did. Even the Steeler-loving mainstream-media thought they got robbed. Oh well, next week's gonna be a great one when the Panthers come to town.

kay, totally off topic, but watching the Pregame now and does anybody else notice that Chris Carter and Tommy go "MMM!", every so often like they're listening to a sermon at church? It's a little weird.

Yeah so did the murdered victims family done by ray lewis' thugs. I would've loved to see the Steelers have to go for it on 4th and inches to win that game. That would've been the real win or loss.

In my opinion, the Steeler's record isn't really what we call a reflection of their skill. I mean this in a negative way...there's been so many games this season where the Steeler's just pulled it off in the end on random plays, that's not what makes a good team. That's what makes a lucky team.

Pro Bowl ! List your biggest snub(s) and player(s) who didn't deserve to go!

My Biggest Snub has got to be Ryan Clady ....Rookie LT of the Broncos. The guy has been a BEAST all year protecting Culter ONLY allowing .5 sack all year! He's gone up against DE beasts like Julius Peppers and John Abraham among others and held his own! What a JOKE that he's not on it. mad.gif

Favre..... seriously he didn't deserve to go based on his last 3 or 4 games. He's been crap. Only his name got him in.

Eli Manning over Matt Ryan. Manning's team made him look good. It's not hard to not do good when your defense is always destroying the other team. Matt Ryan turned the Falcons around.

Oh and Jay Cutler. Seriously?

Chad Pennington for being the man in Miami to help turn around the Dolphine

The Steelers have a great defense. When they go against another team that also has a good defense we see how hard they have to try on offense.

Who did you want Philip Rivers? dry.gif Look at how depleted their running back situation is. The Defense sucks, the team relies on him the most as far as I'm concern.

Pennington is a game manager...if so I'd rather have Kerry Collins instead of chad. Name a game that chad was just outstanding that caught everyone's attention? Can't really think of one....except the one that he got big numbers in but lost to NE.

Oh yeah, I'll say that the Carolina Panthers are for real. I never doubted them if they could stay healthy.

the fact that brian dawkins made the pro-bowl, even as an alternate, just shows you how weak safeties are in the nfc. I am happy for him though. Great individual

sean taylor would have made the next 10 pro-bowls as a starter, atleast :/

Whoo, what heart-stopping football action today if you are a Charger fan!

San Diego marched into Tampa Bay and managed to pull their end of the bargain and beat the Bucs.
Then, the later afternoon game showed a gutsy Bills team marching into Denver and upsetting the Broncos!

Who woulda thunk it?

My god, I'm sure the rest of the nation had left the disappointing Chargers for dead in this AFC playoff race and now all of a sudden, we are left with an 8-7 Broncos team going into 7-8 San Diego next Sunday for an AFC West title showdown, winner-take-all. A Denver win and they advance outright into the playoffs with a better record; but, a San Diego win forces an 8-8 tie atop the woeful AFC West division and they advance as a result of having a better divisional record tiebreaker over the Broncos.

With the Chargers at 4-8 three weeks ago, I never thought that they would make it back. But after suddenly going on a miraculous winning streak and Denver inexplicably going through a mini-collapse, they're right back in it. It's like the karma of the controversial Ed Hochuli call has reared its ugly head and come back to haunt the Broncos.

I can't believe it. This is effing crazy. wacko.gif

Last night was the most heart-breaking lost since Super Bowl XXXVIII. We put up a great fight, had our chances, but we just couldn't run away with it. I hope we see the Giants again in the NFC championship game.
