Eagles in the playoff, thank to Raiders beating the Bucs?
Lions going 0-16, no one can be worst than them, unless NFL extend the season
Patriots 11-5 not making playoff, man what a heartbreaker for Pats fans
the biggest surprise for me is Eagles in the playoff
I didn't think it was possible for the Raiders to beat the Bucs with them fighting for a playoff spot

miami had a better conference (or division?) record- i believe it was 8-3 to 7-4. same with baltimore (also 11-5), who took the last wild-card. i can't believe philly made the play-offs over dallas in that embarrasing game.
okay im going to stop posting on this page now.

I beg to differ.
Lol 0-16 has got nothing on the Pats in the Superbowl vs NY Giants
And damn that game today was boring but we won so it's all good.
GG season!

The divison record is the NFC North, NFC South, NFC East, NFC West
The conference record is the overall record in the NFC
I don't know if I answered your question....

I'm glad the lions did go 0-16 though. Just what bill ford deserves. Now I'm hoping they bring back rod moronelli.

Now those were two teams that came out of nowhere, seized playoff opportunity by the throat, and really made their entry into the post-season with a bang.

Compared to the nba and nhl's 8 teams from each conference? those league's have sorryass teams that don't even deserve to be in the playoffs year in year out.

but playoff time for the falcons
still pissed that new orleans couldn't hold the panties off for just one more drive with a 1 point lead with 3 minutes remaining...if they had the falcons wouldve won the division, first round bye, and play at home.
but hey, we've already proved those dumbazz analysts that thought we were gonna go 1-15.
burner the turner and norwood are gonna rip arizona apart, and matt ryan is the real deal!
lets gooo falcons

i'm hoping the rookie qb and rookie coach struggle in their first playoff appearance. Arizona's defense has got to limit at least one of the RB's. If the Cards can keep Turner in check I would be happy with allowing Ryan to pass. On the flip side, I'm hoping Arizona's passing offense tears up the Falcon's secondary. 3-1,000 yard WR's and a rejuvanated Edge. *fingers crossed* can the Cards pull up the upset at home? if not, hey...we made the playoffs!!
Go Cards!

Someone could go 0-4 in the preseason and 0-16 in the regular season? The Lions did go 4-0 in the preseason...

he has a concussion and to be honest the way he has been playing you might as well keep byron leftwich in there

Go Cards!

our defense is pretty capable actually, just extremely inconsistent..(both from game to game and within each game)
im just hoping the cardinal defense is suspect enough to the point where turner can get his occasional big runs and hit 100 yards + TD since that will probably be enough to keep the chains moving and keep arizona's offense off the field
but expect the predator (john abraham) to be in old man warner's face all game and rattle him up
and as always, the x factor will probably be special teams and turnovers
ps isn't edge a bit washed up..?

yeah..the Cards D is a bit suspect as well...can get a pick 6 or get burned for an 80 yard bomb. Adrian Wilson, Dansby, and DRC are the key guys right now. I would rather allow Matt Ryan to have to win a game than allow Turner a 200+ game. (not that stats matter, but ATL's D is ranked lower than Arizonas...haha)
i'm hoping the crowd rattles Ryan and Roddy White reverts to old form.
Edge got benched and it seemed to motivate him. He got 100 yards last game and looked good. He's pissed and is basically auditioning for a new team basically. Him, JJ and Hightower are the RB's. Just need a good enough run game to get the aerial assault working. Fitz, Boldin, and Breaston are dangerous....dangerous I tell you.
If it comes down to special teams, I have no faith in Neil Wide Right Rackers to hit a game winner from any yardage....
