Now they might wanna fix that offensive line of theirs. If the Cards pick up Mike Williams and Ronyun(spelling) would really help out alot. Buddy, do you really want the Falcons to pick S-CB in 1-3 round?

I like Bentley, he chose hometown pride over money. Taking bout FA, Seattle will probably not match the offer given by Vikes to the best FA offensive lineman and elite guard Steve Hutchinson. Vikes got them good! haha! Julian Peterson would be a good addition to the Vikings LBer core. Look out for Chester Taylor in Fantasy football if the Vikings manage to get Hutch......

WOW CULPEPPER IS GOING TO Miami WOW.

Vikings deal Culpepper to Miami for second-round pick

The Dolphins decided to stop waiting for Chargers quarterback Drew Brees to lower his contract demands and opted to give the Vikings a second-round choice to acquire quarterback Daunte Culpepper.

Culpepper had been talking to the Dolphins for the past week, expressing his desire to be with the Dolphins along with showing a willingness to rework his contract to fit into the Dolphins salary cap. Contract talks between the Dolphins and Brees have been stalled because the Saints had more money and more guarantees on the table from the Saints.

Vikings coach Brad Childress said recently Culpepper is on schedule in his rehab from surgery in which he tore three knee ligaments after having a trainer fly to Florida to meet with Culpepper. The recovery time from such major surgery is 12 months, but Culpepper has told the Dolphins that he's ahead of schedule and may be able to play before September.

Finding a quarterback this offseason was Nick Saban's main objective. Though he liked Brees, he was unwilling to give him $10 million in guarantees after he is coming off shoulder surgery.

Culpepper's trade clears the stage for the Saints to get Brees.

I think so, that's if Titans pick Young which I doubt will happen. If Titans decide to pick Leinart, Culter will be pick by the Jets! JetZZzzzZZZ! w00t.gif

well, i guess tennesse could still go after young with the mcnair connection. but i guess NO will try to trade down....so i wonder who wants cutler/young/leinhart bad enough to trade up.

Brees going to New Orleans will have MAJOR impact to the draft. Assume the Saints doesn't trade up or trade down, it looks like they are going to take Fegurson with the 2nd pick. I still hope the 49ers can get AJ Hawk at #6, but now it is not certain anymore. sad.gif

^ awkward..
and yes i do want the falcons to take a s/cb in the first 3 rounds if needed. the secondary is so weak..the safeties don't even tackle, and i get scared when a decent rb takes one of them on one on one..why else would the faclons let other teams avg 10 yards per run..

it shocked me when Brees went to NO becuase from their draft position, it hought they would draft someone..but who knos..things are getting intereting lol

mckay..please sign lawyer milloy to the falcons
Too lazy to make another sig. Ill get to it..maybe.

this may not make sense, but if NO cuts brooks anytim soon, i say atl pick him up as a backup and then rade schaub for one of the teams offering a 1st rounder or 2nd rounder.

they say schaub is a relaible backup qb, especially since he's been in this system for years, but i think brooks can play it as a backup, but obviously not a starter.

I can see Schaub in a Viking uniform, heh. I love the guy, hope we do business with the Falcons soon.
2nd round for Schaub sounds about right...
