I sleep with them off. I don't think girls should sleep with a bra on, unless they had huge breasts.
I heard that sleeping with a bra on can cause breast cancer. =P

well, i sleep with mine on, but since they other soompiers said it can cause breast cancer, i'll wear a sports bra when i'm sleeping, just in case.

for me, it's too uncomfortable to wear it while i'm sleeping because of the underwire

i read in a health magazine or something and it said that it's unhealthy for your chest if you wear a bra while sleeping. it's not good for your boobs. lol. so i don't really wear it to sleep

I sleep with it off most of the time because it sometimes really annoys me to have it on when i am rolling around in bed lol

Wearing a bra ALL the time? WOW....people actually wear a bra most of the time? Its like wearing clothes to sleep...some people do (never can understand why) and some people dont (me).

I admit wearing a bra when out and about, etc is all the norm but not when I am tucked up on my sofa lazying around watching a kd or chilling out doing whatever. Even my baby (who is so clothing-wearingly-challenged) sis does not wear a bra all the time (never stops her from having one hearby all the time though:-|..er...)

Everyone is different but the whole breast cancer thing...oooo....that was sooo funny.

honestly i hate bras, sometimes i go around freebra-ing. they are so annoying i like to go to sleep bra-less.

i dont wear a bra unless i have to (going out, etc etc"), ther so uncomfortable. even when i sleep over at someone's place i just HAVE to take it off cuz i cant sleep with it on.... i didnt know so many ppl sleep with it on actually O.o

buh i guess the conclusion we can draw from this is that girls with boobs need the support, n girls without much flesh in that area doesnt lolllll

bra's are so annoying to sleep with, cause when I sleep, I move around, to the right, to the left.....
anyway....why would anyone feels naked without it when they sleep?.....you do wear pj's don't you? and with blanket....that's like 2 layers of covering

I sleep with a bra on, I get really uncomfortable not wearing a bra when I go to sleep, unless I get sunburned or don't have a clean bra.

I just use a sports bra to sleep in cause the clasp in the back and the underwire is annoying to deal with.

i sleep with one on, but it's one that's kinda big and doesn't really have support. it just keeps things in their place..

studies have shown that if you sleep with a bra on, it will increase your risk of gettin breast cancer.
i think it increases blood flow without a bra.
i used to sleep with it on but after i found out about the whole breast cancer thing i started sleeping without it. at first it felt weird but after a while, it feels so uncomfortable when you sleep with it on.
