well my mom says to take it off when you sleeep o_O so im goin with what she has to say . but yes im assuming it does make your boobs not be able to grow , since a bra is there to keep them up & tight around the bossom . even if it is genetics & they do grow , they might grow like irregular with a bra on .

i have a wire bra. and i sleep with it on.
what i heard is that if you do sleep with your bra on..
then it makes your clevleage (sp?) more noticable. or bigger?

Sleeping w/ a wire bra sometimes annoys me and I feel uncomfortable.

i hate wearing bras. ew ew ew but i do anyways lol whenever i get to chance i don't wear them. at night time why the hell would i have it on. i hate the feeling of a bra so yah bra off.

Off, definitely. I'm pretty amazed that a lot of you keep it on. Its uncomfortable, I can't wear it 24/7. It's recommended to not wear it all the time too.

i googled stuff about wearing bras...and its better if you wear it the least....
harvard did some research and the rate of breast cancer reduces dramatically if you dont wear a bra much
its because the wires restrict blood flow and etc to your boobs causing stuff to happen
all that stuff bout bras making your boobs bigger is bs.....they make your boobs smaller if they're to tight.... like binding

oh and i read that bras actually might make your boobs saggie?....cause it stops your breast muscles from working ?.....

don't you guys feel self-conscious of your parents/family seeing you without a bra? especially the males in your house......

i'm C cup, and i always wear a bra. sometimes i try to sleep without it when i get reminded by magazines or threads like this, but i feel really scandalous to go without a bra especially when my dad's home. my mom is an A cup and doesnt wear a bra at home and it's kind of obvious but it's okay for her cuz it's just me, my sister, and my dad and her ^^;;.
