i def. sleep with if OFF. unless i fall asleep unknowingly
with it on is soo uncomfortable even during the day lol
they need to be freeee hahah

wearing any bra cuts off your blood circulation, so for me, definitely bra-off.

I's prefer bra off! Its so much more comfortable
Also i heard that wearing your bra to sleep isn't good for you and
it stunts your growth or something? not sure=/

Wow. When I get home, I take mine off and just slouch around in sweatshirts and stuff. Especially in the summer...it feels all gross and stuff.
But I let them breath when I sleep.

If it's cutting off your blood circulation, I'm pretty sure you should go the next size up. It's supposed to be comfortable AND give support...not cut off circulation.
So, if you're like 32B...go for 34B

i don't. i just do when i nap.

but when i sleep it's a no no. my mom said you couldn't breathe if you wear your bra.

I usually sleep with it off because my mom told me that your breasts need to breathe and stuff... hahaa.. iono if it's true...

wow. i didn't know people slept with their bra on EVERY night. hahaha. i feel much more comfortable with it off.

i only sleep with it on when there are other people around...hahaa.

I sometimes sleep with it off, and wear a sports bra. I mostly sleep with it on though. I feel so awkward and weird without it =/

I've only slept with it on if I was too drunk to remove it.

But otherwise, it comes off...I can't sleep comfortably with it on. As it was mentioned many times before, I'm a small chested one, so I don't need the support.

I used to hate wearing bras and I would get yelled at by my mom. Now I feel uncomfortable without it in public but when I'm sleeping I take it off. It's just easier to sleep that way.
