I hate bras they are so uncomfortable. I can't even lounge around at home with one let alone sleep with one.

Back when I was in an all-girls middle school I didn't even wear a bra to school cause my uniform comprised of a pinafore and a blouse and no one could really see anything. We even had a bra-less club. Then I would only wear bras when I happen to be outside of home and school which is only like 20% of the time. Lol.

I really really hate bras.

Without, Feel much more comfortable without it on, and lazy to put it on after washing.

you should sleep with it off - mainly because when you get older your breasts will sag due to the earlier treatment of having the muscles squished and just having the bra do all the work....

u should sleep with them off, cuz the muscles on ur chest should rest too.. and yea, i feel more comfortable sleeping with them off.
and for those who wear them on tight should take them off sometime (after wearing them for 10 hrs?) or else it will be like soffocating urself..

i dont sleep with it on, i think its uncomfortable with it on in bed-.-
you noe, the wire and everything
i mean my boobs have to have a bit of fresh air every once in a while right? lol

Yes it is true. if u play sport and have a wire bra its bad it can cause cancer. i saw a tv show called wat is good for u and they were saying about not to were wire bra while play sport

that is why they invented sport bra to stop it from bouncing to hard and under wire it bad for sport u can whjere it likey u mit get cancer

just feel more comfortable...

i sleep with mine off with like a long/dressy type of tangtop.
im flatchested anywayz xD bras dont really do much if i wear them during sleep.

I wear a sport bra to sleep.
It feels uncomfortable with a regular bra on,
&weird without anything on.

sometimes i dont even wear a bra for the whole day..
of course..i dont go OUT with it off..
then i put my bra on
but if im jus chillin at home..
i just let them puppies breathe...xPP lol

i dont think wearing a bra or not affects its growth..o_O

i used to sleep with it on
until i heard my older brother say how girls always sleep with their bra off
so i tried sleeping with it off and i lovee it !
aahah they're so free
it's uncomfortable to sleep with a bra on now -.,-
