well i used to sleep with it on.. but then i heard that too much is bad, so i started sleeping without it XD
and i actually have pretty big boobs, but they're.. well, they don't need support, so it's all good. ^^;;

I don't wear a bra unless I set foot outside the house. Yeah I never thought much about it because I pretty much hated anything that was restrictive eg. ties, necklaces, etc... But yeah, I sleep on my side so I kinda crush one side. *shrug*

you should not sleep with it because your breasts fight toxins (or something like that, meaning that they prevent cancer) when you're not wearing a bra. So if you feel uncomfortable without it, I suggest you wear a non-tight sports one (those which are a bit longer than a bra.

For me definetly on. I feel uncomfortable with my bra off... it became a part of my body. I only take my bra off when I shower or when I change bras. I wear it 99.9% of the time... maybe I should try to take it off more often, when I sleep.

I heard you get breast cancer if you wear it on all the time... not sure if it's true but wouldn't the wire dig into your body and cut off circulation while you sleep??

i've heard so many varying suggestions for this...personally i wear a bra on at night that doesn't have like real support (such as a wire or paddings)...something light...maybe one night a week i don't wear a bra to bed because hahah i give myself a "breather" i do feel weird without a bra but i do not recommend wearing tight tight tight sports bras. i don't think it's healthy for your boobs to be squished in (and i don't feel like it's much support other than being pressed in) and other people (like my mom) don't recommend it

lmao ~~ i read in a teen magazine somewhere that if you wear it to sleep it will stunt growth, but it wasn`t proven yet. i wear my bra everywhere else except for when i sleep

.........wooooow and i thought it wasn't normal to sleep with it on. i don't, because once i slept with it on (i was lazy to change...just plopped right on my bed) and it was exrteeeeeemely uncomfortable. i agree with those who say sports bras. i'm gonna try that.
