i can't sleep with a bra on. It's just MUCH more comfortable with it off. Plus i don't have any boobs so the support not being there doesn't bother me at all.

i used to think why would people want to sleep with their bra off as well haha until this year. I just tried sleeping without my bra, and after like a WEEK , then u'll be like in heaven with ur bra off haha!

I need my boobs to breathe. It helps with the air, and I feel very uncomfortable to wear it when I sleep. The only time I do wear it, is when I'm out. Others, I'm FREE!! =P

i used to sleep with it on, i felt more comfortable that way.
but my sister would continue to tell me to take it off when i'm sleeping.
i got used to it .. and now it's soooo much better off. hahaha.

i sleep mine WITHOUT, because.. i dunno my mom was like if you wear your bra then your boobs are gonna grow smaller and they grew onto a habit. but if im too lazy then i sleep with them on

sleep with it offf. more comfortable. but i need it on if i leave the house, or else i feel naked.

btw. it is recommended that you reduce the amount of time you wear your bra. cause your bra supposedly slows down your blood circulation to your breasts. no breast wont get bigger or smaller if you leave it on/off.

it's a lot comfortable for me when i sleep without it.. but i sleep with it when it's a chilly day because my room gets pretty cold & i hate taking off my shirt and putting on my bra & a shirt or whatever i'm going to wear..

of course i am a bit flatchested so i dont know if that would make a difference...
however, wearing a bra 24/7 can get kinda uncomfortable.

its not uncomfortable for me cuz i'm so used to it...

Well... This doesn't really pertain to sleeping without a bra, but my friend who's a size C, said that during christmas break, she didn't wear her bra the whole week and they became saggier. LOL

off off offf lol so much more comfy ^-^ regardless if u have big or small boobs... why do u need support while sleeping? lol thats just me i guess plus i have my own room and lock .. and when i wake up i put it back on

I wear a sport bra..soo technically i count that as off cause it doesn't have a support and it's more confortable!
