Studies have shown that those who dun wear bras, is prone to sagginess once you reach old age..

I USED to wear bra when sleeping.
But my aunt and cousin had advised me not to.
They say that we must let air ventilation.
Or else, we might get that area too stuffy that it can cause you breast cancer in the future.

And so, the conclusion is, I go bra-less at night from then onwards

I don't wear my bra when I'm at home. I mean, no one ever comes over. Well, just a couple of friends. lol.
But when I'm out, no matter where I am, I still keep it on. =D

i sleep with it off sometimes..i heard its better because waering bras 24/7 can really slow your blood circulation (the wires that keeps it up)

I sleep with it on. I have a lot of wire bras, and they don't bother me one bit while I'm sleeping - I buy bras for comfort more than to make them look bigger >_> (Which is why I don't really like Victoria's Secret because a majority of their bras are uncomfortable for me and mainly for aesthetic reasons).

I don't like sleeping w/ it off. I feel naked and I hate the feeling of my shirt on my boobs. It's just uncomfortable.
