But my aunt and cousin had advised me not to.
They say that we must let air ventilation.
Or else, we might get that area too stuffy that it can cause you breast cancer in the future.
And so, the conclusion is, I go bra-less at night from then onwards

anyways, i dont wear one at home, unless i'm running around cleaning and stuffers
i dont sleep with one on, i need to breath at night and roll around
although it prevent sagging when you're older.
but i dont care cause once you have kids its all over anyways [when you breast feed!]

I don't like sleeping w/ it off. I feel naked and I hate the feeling of my shirt on my boobs. It's just uncomfortable.
