I have been told by many people that you grow at night ( this is true) therefore you shouldn't restrain your growth in any part of your body by wearing restricting garments at all.

I sleep with no bra! It's uncomfortable otherwise. Then when I'm at friends houses, I'll wear a singlet underneath so nothing will...poke out.
Seriously, I only wear a bra if I have to go out. =/ Bare minimum...^^v

bras should not be worn 24/7 due to the fact that they're restricting circulation esp. when it's very tight. it's good to have consistent blood flow from your brain to the feet and back esp. at nighttime so bra off at night for me......

I dunno. My friend said you can get cancer if you keep it on too long. If you feel uncomfortable without a bra, wear a sports bra to bed or one without any wire.

but yes. it does feel comfortable without it when i'm sleeping.
someone told me you CAN get breast cancer
if you sleep with your bra on like all the time.
but i just like that feeling of support on my chest..

I keep mine off when I sleep..it's pretty bad if you sleep with it on..it's like, your breast needs to breathe too. lol
I only put them on when I go out...if I stay home the whole day, then I won't have it on...mainly because I'm too lazy to put it on...X_X

Well, usually when I wear PJs, unless they look really see-through-ish or something, I won't wear a bra...just because it feels a bit more comfortable that way. Anyway, I pretty much have no boobs. Wearing a bra when I sleep is like, wearing jeans when I sleep. I prefer my PJs. >w<
