Off when ur sleeping. because if u we're it 24/7 u mostly likely to get breast cancer. I was tought that in P.E.
if u feel naked with it off, then wear big tshirt. It should be more relaxing if u sleep without a bra on.

But my friend said its better if it's off. Because you can get breast cancer if it's to tight? But I don't know.

I think the breast cancer thing has been disproved many a times. The doctor from 90210 show recommends girls to sleep with it on so as to prevent sagging damage. I don't really care. They're going to sag when we age, so I'd rather sleep comfortably!

it has, yep. I had to go for a mammogram last yr, and asked the tech--she said whatver makes you more comfortable, and that the cancer thing is like an urban legend--although she added some drs will say you should sleep without.

I remember when I first slept over at my friend's place, most of them took their bra off before sleeping. Personally, I sleep with mine on because it's less of a hassle for me. Haha. But yeah, sleeping without a bra is actually really comfy.
