Frankly, it depends on the type of bra I'm wearing. I wear it on to bed if the bra doesn't have any wire, and I take it off when it does. Breast cancer runs in my family and the oncologist recommended it to me as a precaution.

off. whenever i get home from school or such i change into a baggy shirt and take my bra off. bras are so uncomfortable -___-

Off. I roll around a lot when I sleep and it's so uncomfortable with those little strap adjusters poking me.

Er...I sleep with it off. I hate the constricting feeling that bras give me. I, sometimes, don't wear a bra around while I'm awake either (even though I should). I really hate bras. Lol.

i used to sleep with a bra all the time like a year ago but i've heard that it's not good for blood circulation so now when i sleep i dont wear one at first it felt weird but i got used to it
