I just recently started driving a camry le 2003, so I'm not sure of its features.
I don't know what its call, but it's the plate thing on the bottom with "P 2 N R D", something like that. That plate! >.< Anyway, does it light up at night?! I remember that when I turn on the headlights, that part is supposed to have lights too! But I'm not sure. So.. DOES IT LIGHT UP WHEN I TURN ON THE HEADLIGHTS?! or maybe the lights are broken...

It is probably the fuse or the little bulb for it burned out.
It's like a $5 fix.

Yes its supposed to light up. The bulb is burnt out.
