Everytime I try to do my application for University of Chicago online, it just takes me right back to the log-in page after I've already logged in and filled out the basic info page. It's been like this for a few weeks and so I finally emailed them.

My email:
Hello, my name is [name]. I've been trying to fill out my application to Univ. of Chicago online for a long time now and yet I can never get past the very first page. It says to log in so I put my username and password and it directs me to the basic information page. After I fill everything out, I push Continue yet it just takes me back to the Log In page. What should I do to fix this problem?

Their response:
You should make sure javascript and cookies are enabled on your browser.

.... so helpful -.-
i'm pretty sure my javascript and cookies are already enabled so i don't even know how to respond back to that email.

has anyone else had this problem? someone please help me ):

[i know i have the option to do it on paper but i really prefer to do it online.. if all else fails then i guess i'd have to go to the paper version :/]

wow.. thats really weird, I haven't heard of anyone else with that problem and i myself dont have a problem loggin into the account and filling it out =\ maybe try calling their office, because it forces them to pay for attention to you. At least thats been my experience with admission offices =[ g'lucc!
