Haha I live in Chubu, but there isn't a Chubu city. The largest city of the region is Nagoya. A famous dish is tonkatsu, but my favorite is kishimen. It's pretty much unheard of anywhere else by Chubu.

Name: きしめん Kishimen
Type of Dish: Noodles
Main Ingredients: Flat, white noodles, light soy-sauce broth, deep-fried bean curd, green nappa and shavings of dried bonito
Looks: Pretty much like udon but noodles are different and often surved with a curry broth

i don't understand the difference between
agemasu, kuremasu, moraimasu, itadakimasu, kudasaimasu, yarimasu, sashiagemasu
why can't there be just "receive, give" like english? i tried to understand it..but it's hard to remember when to use it..like out group and higher status and crap aww man my head hurts
