What are these?

Those are old Japanese characters that aren't used anymore. ゐ is pronounced 'i' like い, and ゑ is pronounced 'e' like え

In ancient Japanese they were both used often instead of い and え, and you might see them in older books. For example 'to sit' (座る) in ancient Japanese was ゐる, pronounced いる, which in kanji was 居る, in modern Japanese it now means 'to exist'; the meaning changed over time. なゐ, pronounced ない, meant earth, and こゑ was 'voice' , pronounced こえ which is still how it's pronounced today

Alot of the hiragana was used and pronounced very differently back then, you don't really need to know it unless you plan to study classical Japanese or teach Japanese, or if you're just curious

rms13's translation is mostly correct, just a few things:

　へやにどんなものがありますか。でんわがありますか。ペットがいますか。
-Should be あります (inanimate objects) instead of います (animate objects - ie people & animals)

-Only need one まち here, as in デービスは、どんなまちですか

せんこうははんですか。なんねんせいですか。どこにすんでいますか。
-Should be なん


Also a few notes, it's alot more natural to ask どこですか、 as in ゆうびんきょくはどこですか、 than どこにありますか

And be careful with your uses of は and が. For example instead of にほんごのクラスにどんなひとがいますか。 りゅうがくせいがいますか it would most likely be りゅうがくせいはいますか. Using が in every sentence when asking questions is unnatural.

It would take a long time to explain everything about those, so here's a quick summary of the very basic uses:

'wa' marks a topic you're talking about, similar to 'as for X' in English.
namae wa nan desu ka - 'What's your name?' (literally: as for your name, what is it?)
sono hita wa dare desu ka - 'Who is that person?' (literally: as for that person, who is it?)

'de' marks how you did something. Similar to english 'with' or 'by'
enpitsu de kakimashita - 'I wrote it with a pencil'
kuruma de ikimasu - 'I'll go by car'

'to' means 'with' as in with someone
tomodachi to ikimashita - 'I went with a friend'
kare to hanashimashita - 'I talked with him'

'o' marks an object, there's no real equivalent to this in English
tomodachi o mimashita - I saw my friend
mimashita is the verb that means saw, and 'o' is showing what 'mimashita' is modifying, ie 'friend'
tegami o kakimashita - I wrote a letter
'kakimashita' is the verb to write, and it's modifying 'tegami' with 'o'


There are many more uses of these particles but for now just memorize these ones.

ゆく is the old reading for the kanji 行く, いく is the modern one. You may still hear it used sometimes, in songs or books to sound more poetic or stylish. Also, in special cases like trains, 東京行き would be read toukyou-yuki, not toukyou-iki, ie a train bound for tokyo.
