The na adjective already has na following it..that's why it's called a na-adjective.
Example:
好きな like
きれいな pretty/clean
上手な skillful
下手な unskillful
便利な convienent
to modify the noun, just add the noun:
好きな人 person I like
きれいな部屋 clean room
ピアノが上手な人 person who's good @ piano
料理が下手な人 person who sucks at cooking
便利な辞書 convienent dictionary
If you're using i-adjectives, same deal, no need a particle
長い間 long time
高いねだん high price
安いくだもの cheap fruit
広い部屋 spacious room

このショーの部分は、種類によって表現が違うんだけど・・・。
誰に対しての言葉なのかな~。 blink.gif

i have no idea what you wrote in the second part, but thank you for the translation <3 smile.gif

um wouldn't it be "「13日、素晴らしいショーをありがとうございました!またシカゴに戻ってきてください!」" instead of 13日は? since i'm saying "on the 13th" not 13 days?

orangecake was saying/wondering/asking where you would write this.
I think by saying 13日, it might imply something that has not happened yet, which wouldn't flow with the rest of the sentence.
Saying 13日は is like "(whatever happened) on 13th..." it has some implied meaning..

Like.. 7日は本当に楽しかったです。(whatever we did) on the 7th was really fun.

is that confusing you..? sorry.. ph34r.gif

Can anyone help me learn how to type in Japanese? (: Sorry if it was in here before, but I'm much too lazy to go through all however many pages there are in here. lol.

I'm not very fluent in Japanese since I was never taught. I self-learned by just watching anime (w/ subtitles) There are some things that I could understand without the aid of subtitles but most of the time I need them. lol.

I SERIOUSLY want to learn Japanese. ahahah (:

konnichiwa! Watashi no namae wa Jessica desu. (: Douzo yoroshiku.

(:

I don't know how to read or write Japanese. I'm gonna self-teach myself through those sites that putasmileon put up, so I'll be up and running in.. I don't know how long, but hopefully soon. lol. Then I'll be able to type muahahahahhaa

"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."
"Dance like no one is watching..."

If you want to seriously learn, learning hiragana and katakana is a must. Those are like ABC of English.
In my opinion, watching anime to learn Japanese may be risky, since the the word order is different and sometimes there is no direct translation for Japanese~English~Japanese. Lots of things are translated "Freely", meaning not directly word-for-word translated. Good luck! smile.gif
As for typing, if you have English XP, you just change the region/language option. You type "watashi" then the computer changes whatever you typed into hiragana or katakana.
