watashi wa xxx desu.
wa marks the topic in the sentence (I is the topic)
私はうれしいです。
私は寒いです。
私悲しいです。 etc etc
particle から meaning so, or because, is used for reasons. So you'd say (reason) から (result)
私はおこったから... (i was mad so I... or "because I was mad I...")

日本には長期の休暇が、春休み・夏休み・冬休みと、あります。
春休みは、学年の区切りになるお休みだから、宿題がないんだよ~~~~。
社会人には関係ないけどね。
でも、春はなんだかワクワクする季節なのです。
花粉症の人には、全然ワクワクの季節じゃないけど。

まだ日本語に解る事が全て出来ません
I'm not sure whether what I said was true or not ... I feel like I'm creating my own rules
what I was trying to say is that I'm so mad at myself .. I can't seem to understand lots of Japanese.. Although I always look at the grammar pages and try few examples of my own but when I try translating some lyrics I have lots of troubles *cries* ..
Can someone please help me ??

"You know what I hate about answering machine messages?
They go on and on, wasting your time.
I mean, all they really need to say is, "We aren't in, leave a message."
That's why I've decided to keep mine simple and short.
I promise that you will never have to suffer through another long answering machine message when you call me..."
Help me translate please? ^^

応答メッセージの嫌なところ知ってるよね?
ずっと続いて時間を無駄にしてばっかり
ってか「今留守にしてます、メッセージをどうぞ」だけでいいじゃん
だから応答メッセージを短くかつシンプルにすることに決めたの。私に電話を掛けてくれた時二度と長いメッセージで困らせないことを約束するよ

Help you with what? How are you studying?
Lyrics are very hard, things with deep emotional messages and whatnot are often strongly attached to the language they are composed in and don't like being ripped apart from it =P You should try translating simple stories and stuff instead, most lyrics are a no no unless you are at an advanced enough level and not the best way to learn either

Sometimes I feel like I know most of the things already, but then I get confused all over again.
I think I am going crazy ...
Yesterday I found a great site for the Japanese Verbs, and it helped me alot .. but I need other useful sites for the other things to learn too.
Can someone at least tell me what to learn first and then what comes next *sigh*

Hi, I'm not great at japanese yet but I always thought it's best to start by learning some of the basic words. In this case:
desu-is/ it is, suru-do,anata & kimi- you, kono-this,...etc. then do some grammar and build your verbs and vocabulary at the same time. Also if you can try to hear it as much as possible
A great site I've found to learn japanese is: http://thejapanesepage.com/news.php
Another pretty good site:http://www.japanese-online.com/
