These look like exercises to teach you how to form relative clauses in Japanese. Relative clauses in English (which are a bit different than the Japanese ones) are the patterns that go like The place where people are, that person who I saw earlier, the food that I ate, etc.

In Japanese you just put the thing being modified after the plain form of the verb
"Who is going to Europe next year"
来年ヨーロッパに行く人は誰ですか？
OR
来年ヨーロッパに行くのは誰ですか？

の can be substituted for anything in this type of sentence, 人、こと、もの, etc

"Let's go to the park where cherry blossoms are in bloom"
桜が咲いている公園に行きましょう

公園 is being modified by what precedes it (桜が咲いている) almost as if 桜が咲いている were an adjective, thus it is a park where sakura are blooming
Note that in relative clauses が can be replaced with の, so you could say 桜の咲いている公園に行きましょう too
So unlike English you do not need to say "where" or "who", there is no gap just a directly connected clause


Watching Japanese movies is interesting
日本の映画を見るのはおもしろいです

Here の is the same as こと, 日本の映画を見ることはおもしろいです means the same thing but like I said earlier の is frequently used instead of it

I like walking to the station
駅まで歩くのが好きです
駅まで歩くことが好きです

In general to say you like doing X you just do plain form of the verb + ことが好き or のが好き


5. A person who does not eat sushi is Mr. Hayashi.

寿司を食べない人は林さんです

or if someone asked you "Who does not eat sushi?" and you answered, you would use が instead of は, as in
寿司を食べない人が林さんです
or
寿司を食べないのが林さんです

6. It is pleasant to learn German.
ドイツ語を習うのは楽しいです
ドイツ語を習うことは楽しいです

nankai 何階 what floor? or 何回 how many times?
nantoka means "somehow" usually said when you're asked "how are you"...something along the lines of "I'm managing somehow..." it's not like saying "life is perfect" nor is it like "life sucks"..kinda in the middle.

合鍵 (あいかぎ - aikagi) does mean spare/duplicate key. Even in English, they mean the same thing.

I have no clue what ひすようあく (hisuyouaku) is. Check to see if you have the correct reading.

Chuusha suru is correct. If you're using to park in a passive form, then you use chuusha saseru.
