I guess this is a message of christmas card or some message in year end. rolleyes.gif

Hi I have a question is there more than one romanization for 伝え other than tsutae?
(Kind of like how 一人 is ichi nin or hitori.)
because I heard it pronounced as "sae" or something along those lines, might just be a mispronunciation though.

It's taken from:
伝えたい言葉は...

I don't think there is the other way to read except "Tsutae".

if you write the letter 伝 as this way, 伝言、伝染、伝統、you can read them as "den". (left to right; dengon, densen, dentou). smile.gif

The only qualification in order to apply is that you must be a musician registered on Cyworld as an artist member (アーティスト会員), your music genre, age, gender etc. do not matter, but you must provide your login/registration in the bottom form as well as fill out the designated application form. In the bottom space you also have to fill out why you want to apply..the deadline is july 9th by the way

My previous post went funky on me... so I'll try again.

can someone please put 4人分 into romaji for me? Arigatou gozaimasu~

Wa~ I envy all the people who are already good at Japanese...
少し日本語が分かります。2年から日本語を勉強します。たくさん日本語とフランス語と韓国語を勉強します。。。TamagoさんとXhoXhoさん、日本語の勉強の始めてはむずかしいかったですか?日本語のGrammarはちょっと難しいです。さぁ、頑張りましょう~!♡
(lol my Japanese is pretty bad. So sorry if you can't understand it.)

Oh and could someone go over this and please tell me if there are any grammatical mistakes in this

みどり、

お誕生日おめでとうございます!

まだありません、来年I plan to get it. カナダで歳は同じです。再来週、夏休みが始めて、あの時にDriver's Testを勉強しますから。あなたの家族と友達たちどんなプレゼントをあげましたか。えぇと、夏休みの予定は何ですか。

今週examsがあります。Examsを通りたい。来週、私の日本語クラスが終わります。学校で、先生たちcertificate学生に上げます。6月27日graduationがあります。写真を撮ります。

じゃあ、Promの写真~

ジェシカ☆

You should probably write みどりさん instead of just みどり because the tone of your letter is formal.

Plan to get it = とるつもりです (if you're talking about driver's license) plain form of the verb + つもり means 'intend to, plan to'

夏休みが始まる / 始まる is intransitive which means you don't have control or directly affect it...For example you can say 勉強を始める because you're starting to study, ie it's you doing te action, but you can't say 夏休みが始める because summer is starting on it's own without anyone making it. 始める will also almost always use を whereas 始まる will use が

あなたの家族と友達たちどんなプレゼントをあげましたか
I'm not sure if you got rid of that particle on purpose, because in real (informal) conversation it's very common to not use it, so just checking

来週試験に合格したい
exam is 試験 (shiken)
To pass an exam is 合格する (goukaku)

先生たち証書学生に与えます
certificate just in general is 証書 (shousho), and to give something when talking about certificates is 与える (ataeru)
careful with those particles too, can make it harder to understand without them

That's it! The rest is good biggrin.gif

日本語の文法はとくに英語が話す人には難しくて、はじめも大変だけど、ジェシカさんならきっとでできるから一緒に頑張りましょう
文法(bunpou) = grammar
なら = if

yeah there's a LOT...but I believe the are about ~2000 "basic" kanji needed to read newspapers and stuff.
