question... can i use kara after masu?

i know you can use kara in this way:
samui desu kara koen ni ikimasen

but can i use it like this?
gakkoo ni ikimasu kara nemasu ga dekimasen? or something along thoes lines

Japanese is not so particular about the words order so still understandable but what did you want to say?

oh hmm i was trying to say "i can't sleep (in) because i need to go to school" ...isn't that right though? [reason] kara [result]

you can say "amerika jin desu" instead which would mean "i am american"

Afterthought:

There are a lot. 徳川家康(Tokugawa Ieyasu), 織田信長　(Oda Nobunaga), 豊臣秀吉　(Toyotomi Hideyoshi). These 3 are the ones who gave the greatest impact to Japan. If you are talking about non-Japanese who made a major impact to Japan, Edison (not Edison Chen, FYI...lol), Newton, 孔子（Confucius）, Walt Disney, Bruce Lee, etc etc.

How about Billy Blanks? He was really big in Japan recently. You know, the kick boxing exercise guy? I think that would be more interesting than another shogun essay.
