-san is a respectful honorific used for people you may not know, or someone older than you..
e.g. that's Tanaka-san, hes the new head of Maths..
-kun is generally used for boys, so girls would call their male friends/boyfriends something -kun, sometimes guys would used -kun as well
-chan is generally used amongst close friends.. its also used for small children like babies and toddlers...

「だろう」is a more masculine sounding version of 「でしょう」and it's usage is to express uncertainty.

Example.

もう家に帰るんだろう。
You're going home already, right?

「だろう」is more commonly used among males though since it has a male sound to it.

[a] The actual word for "to become obsessed with" is 取り付かれる ・とりつかれる. So to say " to be obsessed with X" you form: Ｘ+に+取り付かれる。

Example.)
日本語に取り付かれます。
nihongo ni toritsukaremasu.
I became obsessed with Japanese.
