Is it really true? Will my new cell break if I start it up right now?
My friend says if I start it up right now, my battery life will be affected. He also told me to let it completely die once. I thought that was bad.

It won't be completely detrimental to your gadget but it is good for the battery life and if they tell you to do it, then do it O_O
