I don't get it. I looked at some of the application of people who got accepted to Ivy leagues and a lot of them took AP calculus Ap/BC and other ap clases during their freshman year. And i'm jsut confused since aren't student suppose to take normal geometry classes in freshman/sophmore year? btw, i am in all level 1 classes and i thought that was the highest you could go...guess not.

Ap Classes?

It's possible. It all depends on the school.
Like... I took geometry when I was in 8th grade because I was in the honors program in 6th grade, and now I'm taking Calc AB/AP. Most freshmen do start of with normal geometry classes though, so being in geometry is okay.
Haven't heard of a freshman in BC before, but I know a handful of them able to skip courses because they took them in the summer. That's probably why they were able to take them... It works with other classes too, like at my school, you have to take world history before taking APUSH. World history is taken in 10th grade, but if someone took world history in the summer before their 10th grade, they would be able to take APUSH in 10th grade instead of 11th grade.
