Saw it last night. Found it to be very funny. Couldn't really tell what was and wasn't scripted.

I just saw this movie last night. It was SO. FNCKING. FUNNY.
There were some parts I thought I was gonna die of laughter. It's so great. But REALLY innappropriate. laugh.gif

Supposedly it wasn't scripted or whatever, but I find that hard to believe. There are so many things he would have gotten arrested for. XDDD

Lol he's a Jewish Englishman.

The Jewish Community here, for the most part loves the satire and doesn't feel the same way as the Kazakh gov. does. (Or dense Americans as well)

I just watched it and it was hilarious; although some parts were offensive, it was so entertaining. It's one of those things where you can't help but laugh at the extremity of it.

Soooooooo nasty the etiquette dinner scene after he uses the "restroom". and yeah, the naked wrestling lol.
Thought I couldn't live without you
It's gonna hurt when it heals too
Even though I really loved you
I'm gonna smile 'cause I deserve to.

"Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan," 20th Century Fox's big-screen incarnation of Cohen's Kazakh journalist from "Da Ali G Show," took in $26.4 million during its opening weekend, according to studio estimates Sunday.

"Borat" played in only 837 theaters, fewer than one-fourth the count for "The Santa Clause 3" and "Flushed Away." Averaging a whopping $31,511 a theater, "Borat" easily outdistanced "The Santa Clause 3," which averaged $5,784 in 3,458 cinemas and "Flushed Away," which averaged $5,152 in 3,707 theaters.

Borat make great success in theater.
