If I used a phonecard to call Korea with my cellphone..
am I gonna be billed A LOT?

i personally have never used the phone card on my cell phone.

i suggest you using it on your homephone because you need your service provider to connect to the phone card's network, which means you will need your minutes to connect to the phone card's network. and you don't wanna waste minutes, so best bet is homephone.
