Samsung D500(phone) can somebody help me?

I have a samsung D500 phone and I recently bought the data cable for uploading songs and images into the phone but I did all the installations and etc.. but it doesn't work..I dont know where to go and stuff. if somebody has this phone and has the cable then can u help me with it? thnx..

did you install the drivers?

when u plugged in the phone did windows pop up somewhere on the lower right corner saying Samsung D500

Did you reboot?

i have it. and yes i went through the samething.

i suggest you go buy the BLUETOOTH USB ADAPTER

and install that and it'll work FOR SURE!

since D500 has bluetooth installed.
