my family want to get new cell phones but i want a slide phone are there any good ones? besides the choclate?

hmm the chocolate is the phone im hopefully gettin offline within the next month or so but the samsung e900 i also think because its like the er.. samsung version of the touch style that chocolate has @_@

Does the functions matter much to you? I ask because good phones have it's pro's and cons.

If you are going to talk a lot on the cell phone then get the SE w850i because it has great battery. Also a great mp3 player which will last for as much as regular mp3 players do. Camera has no AF but I don't think it matters since I have a digi cam.

If you want it to look sleek and cool. the Samsung E900 is a good alternative to the chocolate. Not great of a battery life compared to SE.

There are some good Nokia sliders but they are either too expensive, the sliding just sucks, or the camera sucks.
