I looked through past threads about GOM player problems and nothing was about this. I downloaded the newest English version. It was playing good for like the first three videos and then it just became only sound with no video. I restarted the cpu after it happened the first time, it was working fine for the first video and then later on the same problem occured. I then restarted my cpu again and now it's only sound with no video. Anyone know the solution to this problem?
Uninstalling and reinstalling did not work.
Thanks.

Perhaps you want to get new video codecs?
Xvid and divx should be the ones you need. refer to the videos don't play sticky above. Other than that, does the videos play on other players? Because if they work on other players then you probably don't need to install/upgrade your codecs

Ya, it works on VLC player and WMP. I don't know why it doesn't work with GOM. That's the one reason why I didn't use it when it first came out. On the other hand, it works great on my laptop. So weird. Ah well, I'll just keep VLC then.
