do you guys have any favorites or advice on how i should make myself eat healthier?

you should drink water instead of soda. and eat fruit salads or salads instead of fast foods

White nectarines is freaking dang delicious. I can eat like 1000 in 1 seating.
Does celary with peanut butter and raisin count has a vegatable? hahaha.
Bananas are probably the most healthiest/nutrient fruit in the world.

I can't really think of anything though because I LOVE fruits&veggies<3 I just hate steamed veggies >.> gross. But citrus fruits are my life ^^

But with salads it's EXTREMELY pointless just to eat lettuce with salad dressing. Lettuce has next to nothing in it. Try spinach. It's yummy and really healthy for you. Chop up some fresh veggies and throw them in there too. And a little bit of cheese and dressing couldn't hurt, maybe some seeds too.

You really don't need to drink that much water. Most water comes from the food we eat, especially fruits.
Hmmm ... I like Kiwis and Mangos. They're great~! haha
And make/drink homemade smoothies. You can add some vegetables with the fruit. You won't taste the vegetables because the fruit taste overpowers the vegetable taste.

yahhh i think its cuhz i always see the vending machine so i just buy whats in there
bringing fruits sounds like a good idea ^__^
my fave fruit is def cantaloupe
but im guessing its out of season cuhz i bought ONE a few weeks ago
and it was $3! for one little cantaloupe!
im resorting to my other favorite, bananas

celery is good also
i usually dont eat them unless my parents make em for me hehehhe
i would never just grab one myself and snack on it >_<

my fav vegies would be MUSHROOMS, capsicum, tomato, cucumber and potatoes!
i like most fruites but nashis would be my fav

Brocolli, tofu, spinach, and tomatoes. I like potatoes too but they aren't that healthy.
For fruits, I like:
Apples, Strawberries, and grapes. I think those are the best snack fruits. Ocassionially I'll each peaches or pears. I also like avacado :]

so i do lately
but is it just me, or is fruits really expensive?! at least in my opinion
i went to vons the other day & it was almost a dollar, per apple! (my fave fruit)
and banana was $2 a stalk
hm iono but i always thought fruits were cheaper =[
