Looking For A Korean Music Video. Help! Music Video of a guy making all these creative things for a girl.

I saw this music video on youtube a month a go and now i dont remember the title of it. Was hoping ya could help me. The music video starts off with a girl and this guy and the girl leaves him for a different man. Then he starts to make all these creative things for her to surprise her. I believe he drew a picture of her, carve a wooden sculpture of her, bakes a cake, and gives her a cell phone at the ends. Well, in the end he calls her and tell her to go outside to get the gifts and they all smile and happy ending. lol

Anyone kno wut im talking bout?

please helpp, ive been searching for like 2 hrs.!!

Are you sure it was a happy ending? It was more like a sad ending.. It sounds like Come Back to Me part 2 (Wah Joh part 2) by Se7en...
