Are you looking for actual bugs in your camera? Is there something wrong with your software? What is the brand and model of your camera?

Oh... see the thought of spy cameras never crossed my mind. You know if they are spy camera, they would be hard to find. I mean it would totally defeat the purpose of being a spy camera if you can actually spy it, ya know.

But I guess look for lens in cracks, stuffed animal eyes, holes in shoeboxes, in walls...

Do you REALLY have to worry? I mean whats the worse that can happen? Run around naked in your room a few times and if you hear a shrill scream of agony, then someone saw it. Now fold a tin foil hat to make sure they can't read your mind.

But in terms of hidden cameras... If someone wanted to spy on you they have so many options its not even funny. They can hide cameras... wireless ones in just about anything. One of the most creative ones I have seen were ones that look like a normal screw head... stick it on a wall and it looks like part of the mounting hardware. Pinhole + wireless cameras really expand the options in decreasing privacy. As for bugs, you're about the same page with that stuff too.

Depending on your level of paranoia, they do have devices of which you can purchase from the same stores that sell the cameras that will detect those frequencies and data that the cameras and bugs transmit.

Yeah I did some reading about it before. Grandma wanted video survalence and I needed to expand my mind.
