my brother recently reformatted my laptop for me (cause i had a virus and reformatting was my last option). anyway, i'm back at school now but stupid me, i didn't check to see if everything is working fine. so now i apparently do not have an audio device or wireless device installed onto my laptop. if there was a cd that was given to me when i first purchased it, i can't find it. i know i'm suppose to install some hardware stuff but i've been trying to install everything i think will make sense with no change. what should i be looking for or what can i do to fix these problems? anything will help. thanx!

try going to your laptop's manufacturer's site, they should have the drivers that you need... if that's what the problem. manufacturer websites are a hassle to navigate but ya.. give it a shot and look for anything to do with audio drivers and wireless adapters for your model of laptop.
