okay, the reason its not even working is because my pasword isnt going through..my phone lock..not my pin lock thing.

I already called the service provider and they told me to repeatedly enter my password in until the phone locks itself and then i was supposed to enter in my pin2 or some other special number code thing..

that's where they are wrong, because the phone locks itself only when you misenter the pin lock wrong three times..and then i can use the pin2 code or the other special one..lol

but this is my "password"..which comes before i even enter my pin lock as well..so i cant use my phone..mm..any reccommendations? Or am i jus gonna have to get another phone? lol
