and stellarzaizai, its just the cyworld editor on your comp. the program allows you to edit the cyworld way, and make collages, and flash files. so its pretty neat^^ when i first downloaded it, spent a good 2 hours playing around...(mainly cause it took me forever to understand what all the functions were! haha)
