I can bench 100. But then again I guess I shouldn't be benching that much in the first place if I want to grow more.... lol. And I'm 14.

funny thing is when i bench i get a abb workout, it's weird..
i suppose your core is one of the most important muscles.

idk...i haven't beent to the gym in weeks...last time i think i did ..like..55 lbs at most <i'm the typical skinny asian girl btw haha>
