dang. there are some pretty tough guys that have been posting here.

i rep 225lbs 10-12 times. i think that with creatine i'll be able to easily surpass my previous max of 255. 2 plates no spotter slow reps. what a feeling. =P i had only dreamed of it before.

i'm thinking now i could probably take 270 in the next week ^^

i consider it weak because i have teammates who bench more weighing the same. it's good you're repping 225 slowly... i just have high expectations because i wrestle in college

When I was really into lifting weights I was 15. At 16, I maxed out 300lbs on the bench. That was a decade ago. Now I'm more into cardio so all that heavy muscle mass lifting is irrelevant. Right now, at 5'9 175lbs, I probably max out 275-285. Somewhere inbetween there. lol

i can do 225 lbs, 12 reps 3 sets 1 minute break in between.

Is not so much about 'how much' you can bench press, if you want to be fit you need excellent nutrition and good rest.

i'm very weak for my size..and i get kinda embarressed sometimes..even tho i have an excuse..

age: 15, sophomore.
height: 6'1
weight: 219
bench: i can max 215

during the winter season last year wen i didn't play any sports, i sprained my wrist really bad, and i couldn't do chest excercises or lift at all for a good 4-5 months without getting a lot of pain..
but it helped me concentrate on legs, i can squat 450 3 times not a lot either...
but it helped me win a second-string d.tackle position for varsity.
