yogurt (plain, not the fruity sugar-loaded kind). oatmeal (again not the pre-packaged 1 minute kind). nuts (not salted). low fat cheeses and cottage cheese. chop up cucumbers, carrots, and celery into sticks (if you must have a dip, choose peanut butter, not ranch dressing).

bagels have 250 calories... I don't think you should continue to eat that unless you want to make it a meal.

Like apples, cut them up into cute little pieces and they'll look yummier than just eating it.
And of course grapes.
Oranges too.
And those baby carrots. with some ranch sauce of course.

i heard that since bagels dont have any yeast (or something like that)
that it equals a whole loaf of bread.
but hey i could be wrong.
but i think the best way to diet is not be concerned about food
and just eat whatever.

are they fattening? they do have more calories than you think. if you are a semiactive person or don't indulge in junk food, i wouldn't worry about it that much.
it's all about your overall diet and level of activity.

Other than those, maybe go down to your local organic grocery store, such as trader joe's, and whole foods.
Look at the nutritional facts when looking at their stocks. :]
I remember coming across a few snacks that is really low in calories and are good for you. All natural stuff.

Mom to be, who loves shopping!
