PMP wise the Cowon A2 is really nice. To the person above, it doesn't play games, but it comes with many other features. I wrote a review in the "post your mp3" thread if you want to go look at my full review.

I got the perfect Solution for you!

^Let me introduce to you the PSP! These days, average price is around $200. Nice deal! Just buy a few games and an SD card (2 gb preferably) and there you go!

"The Sony (PSP) Playstation Portable packs a powerful multimedia punch within its slim build frame.
With wireless internet, video and digital music playback, and incredible data storage and connectivity options, the Sony PSP is a complete solution for the mobile digital lifestyle.
Imagine having all of your favorite movies, music and photos accessible in an instant; anywhere, anytime."

You can really surf the internet with the PSP. That's why I love it.
**I really think this is the solution for you. If not, there is nothing else that will satisfy you as much as this.

otherwise, I suggest:

yea...the PSP is pretty big, but all the functions are really good. Music, Games, Movies....all are really impressive.

Plus the Web-Surfing is a bonus.

As for the xgp mini, I've never heard of it. Do extra research and read reviews. Only you can decide in the end what suits your needs. Oh yea, also no matter what....all psp that can play games will be expensive.
