okay so heres the deal. Everytime I go to save a picture it only gives me the option to save them as bitmap like so




I hate saving them in bitmap and thats the only option I have. I want to save them as jpeg but it won't let me. I went on my aunts computer and saved pictures and they all saved as jpeg so I know its not the sites I'm on or the uploading site. It gets really annoying when I can't save gifs because I can only save as bitmap. Does anyone know how to fix this?

delete your cache aka temp files.

As an alternative you can also right-click the picture then select View or Show Picture. Then once the picture pops up by itself, save it.

Go to your Tools > Internet Options > Under Temporary Files, click DELETE Files
