I'm tired of eating cereal, waffles, toaster strudel & other kinds of sweet things in the morning ...
So what kinds of food should I eat thats not that sweet? or what do YOU eat in the morning?

And yeah. Regular Cheerios aren't very sugary.

I sometimes have ... rolls? i forgot the name for it but its like noodles that are kinda rolled in a spiral.. its not sugary either and its gooooood with soy sauce and hot sauce laugh.gif

u might want to consider oatmeal?

I usually have oatmeal since it really fills me up. I can never get tired of it since it has many different flavors.

i'm not a big fan of breakfast foods like bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, and all that stuff but you can try that since they're not sweet..

I hate eating like cereal, toaster pastries, pancakes, or any of that stuff like you said. it doesn't fill me up and I'm not sure if this is like everyone's situation but my mom makes korean food for me in the morning on the weekdays but when she doesn't I usually eat like eggs or ramen to start my day. :D

eat like hearty stuff that's not oily.
scrambled eggs, just eggs, boiled eggs, and canned stew and soups may be yummy...
